Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker's Comp Insurance
- Subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc)
Responsibilities
- Demolition of existing bath space
- Renovation work to include Bathtub, Shower, Flooring, Countertops, Tile, Shower Glass Door, Plumbing, Electrical
- Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
