About The Position

Handyman Connection of Parker is seeking skilled Remodelers to join their growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering a flexible schedule and consistent, year-round work. The company is a locally owned, highly rated home improvement business that handles a variety of projects from minor repairs to full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels. They provide marketing, lead generation, and office support, allowing remodelers to focus on delivering quality craftsmanship.

Requirements

Skilled in 3+ of the following areas: Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels, Interior & Exterior Painting, General Carpentry (Framing, Trim, Finish Work), Drywall Repair & Installation, Minor Plumbing & Electrical, Flooring Installation & Repair, Residential Maintenance & Upgrades.
Minimum 5 years of remodeling or home improvement experience.
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and building codes.
Valid driver’s license.
Liability insurance.
Reliable work vehicle.
Must own your own tools.
Solid references and job portfolio.
Must pass a background check.
Smartphone and internet access for job tracking.
Great communication, professionalism, and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
