Remodel Hosts actively guide customers around the store for areas that have been relocated or are currently being relocated. This role involves providing excellent customer service by openly approaching customers and advising them of ongoing changes in the store. The Remodel Host will support ongoing remodel activities by providing customers with guidance to find items that have been moved to a new location and by being aware of which areas are under construction, speaking knowledgably with customers about the ongoing changes. Additionally, the role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Company policies, guidelines, and processes regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise, ensuring all New Store Programs and systems are implemented and followed continuously. The position also involves assisting with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their assigned departments.
