About The Position

Looking for a skilled REMODEL CARPENTER to join our team, performing hands-on carpentry and various home improvement work for residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship skills, works well independently and as part of a crew, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and professional customer experience. This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous home improvement and remodel experience required. Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in remodeling, renovation, or general carpentry
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, levels, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various positions (kneeling, bending, overhead work)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Good communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
• Valid Driver's license is required

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Experience with custom cabinetry, tile work, or finish carpentry
• Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical for coordination purposes

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, demolition, and structural repairs for remodel projects
• Install and finish trim, doors, windows, tile, cabinetry, and flooring
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape materials (wood, drywall, laminate, etc.) with precision
• Ensure work meets local building codes and safety standards
• Effectively collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve unexpected issues that arise during remodels (older homes often have surprises)
• Properly maintain and care for tools and equipment
• Assist with company business activities, events and initiatives
