Responsible for the supervision of a non-exempt operational group. Responsible for overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach in helping to meet goals and ensuring established processes are followed for optimal performance of the team. The supervisor will create, follow, and meet deadlines, prioritize tasks to meet operational goals, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure consistent understanding among team members. Additionally, the supervisor will manage the performance and ongoing development of direct reports through timely coaching and counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback.
