About The Position

Responsible for the supervision of a non-exempt operational group. Responsible for overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach in helping to meet goals and ensuring established processes are followed for optimal performance of the team. The supervisor will create, follow, and meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks to meet operational goals. Communication, both verbal and written, is key to ensuring all team members have a consistent understanding. The supervisor will manage the performance and ongoing development of direct reports through timely coaching and counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of operations management experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelors in Business/Finance
2 years in operations Management (preferably in payment processing)
