About The Position
Collect product not meeting quality standards from various lines and melting product to be reworked.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Individual must be able to physically perform tasks required of position.
Responsibilities
- Sort and process product as directed.
- Melt raw product and cycle back to proper run tank.
- Maintain accurate and legible paperwork for all products being handled.
- Maintain proper operation of equipment.
- Responsible for following all Food Safety policies, procedures and regulatory criterion including the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and associated Preventive Controls and safety programs.
