Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Existing IARA Certification or ability to become certified.
  • 3-5 years of wholesale and/or retail remarketing industry work experience
  • Knowledge of ARI internal systems: VR IMS, GDT, FleetTrak, MV4 Pricing System and VI Client
  • Must be able to conduct Internet research, and understand Auto IMS, VIN decoding and Guidebooks
  • Must have knowledge of the automotive remarketing industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and onboarding for newly signed strategic remarketing accounts, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to operations.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, managing inquiries, escalations, and follow-through to resolution.
  • Coordinate internally with Vehicle Remarketing sales and operations teams to align on account requirements, timelines, and service delivery.
  • Facilitate recurring client touchpoints, including monthly status calls and coordination of quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, performance reporting, and action item recaps to drive accountability and ongoing improvement.
  • Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities across the book of business; recommend solutions that improve client outcomes and retention.
  • Support strategic client projects on a short-term basis, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver against scope and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation (implementation plans, contact lists, meeting notes, and deliverables) to ensure continuity and visibility.
  • Monitor service performance and SLAs; proactively resolve issues and coordinate internal resources to prevent repeat concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization, managing multiple accounts and requests while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, onsite visits, or internal planning sessions.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
