The Relocation Consultant will provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and current residents, guide them through the application process, manage credit reports, and ensure a smooth move-in experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to prospective tenants and current residents via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Utilize leasing experience to guide residents through the application process, manage credit reports, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success of the Relocation Department.
• Maintain organized, efficient operations in the Relocation area.
• Conduct market surveys and offer insights to stay competitive in the housing market.
