About The Position

The qualified candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the parish’s Religious Education Department. This position assists with program coordination, volunteer support, registration, sacramental preparation, and special events while helping create a welcoming and faith filled environment for parish families. In a large, active parish, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a spirit of hospitality and service.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years admin/secretarial experience
