About The Position

The Relief role at TreeHouse Foods’ Carrollton, Texas location is responsible for providing relief coverage for all assigned production positions. The employee must be capable of performing several different jobs on a daily basis and follow the applicable duties and responsibilities for each position. Employees must comply with company policies, plant rules, safety regulations, good manufacturing practices, and requirements of the FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies. The role also includes keeping the work area clean and performing other duties as assigned. Overtime may be required.

This is a full-time, permanent position on the first shift, operating Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with some Saturdays. A shift differential is included.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders.
• Ability to perform several different jobs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient relief coverage for all assigned production positions.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with different production jobs as needed.
• Follow company policies, plant rules, and safety regulations.
• Follow good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination.
• Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agency requirements.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
• Work overtime when required.
