About The Position
VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is adding relief Registered Veterinary Technicians to our ER team! VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is looking to expand its team with a Registered Veterinary Technician! VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is a multi-doctor Hybrid Emergency practice proudly serving Sacramento, CA. We are dedicated to exceptional patient care, client education, and a collaborative, service-driven environment. We’re seeking a like-minded individual who values teamwork, communication, and the well-being of our patients. THE POSITION: Duties include, but not limited to: Provide quality patient care while performing emergency triage Patient restraint during examinations, injections, treatments, induction etc. Maintain hospital cleanliness and building upkeep Prioritize tasks and change when needed Emergency triage Hospitalized patient care Catheter placement Anesthesia Assist Veterinarians Keep accurate records and logs Ability to lift 40 lbs
