About The Position

East Hampton Veterinary Group, one of Long Island's most established practices since 1929, is seeking a relief veterinarian for Summer 2026 (May to September). This position offers a flexible schedule with 2-3 shifts per week, competitive compensation, and travel reimbursement. The practice is well-equipped with digital radiography, in-house labs, and ultrasound capabilities, supported by a strong staff with a 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio. Hotel accommodation will be provided for back-to-back shifts.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Availability for Summer 2026 (May to September).
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g., 7 AM start or 5 PM end).

• Experience with digital radiography, in-house labs, and ultrasound capabilities.
