Total Achievement Program (TAP) is a therapeutic after-school and summer program for youth ages 6 to 12 years old. TAP staff work closely with the youths’ families, schools, and community agency providers to support each client’s success as part of a comprehensive treatment team. This position offers a flexible, per diem schedule, making it a great opportunity for students in psychology, counseling, and social work fields. The role involves helping youth develop skills in providing enriching daily activities, creating a safe and therapeutic community, working as a member of a treatment team, and supporting youth in developing a sense of self and the skills to be successful in their next steps.
