About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to come join our direct care team at Berkshire Meadows! We offer multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual and developmental differences.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Be able to establish clear professional boundaries, work as a team member and consistently implement all policies and procedures, rules and regulations of JRI.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Support clients in the development of communication and decision making.
Work as an integral part of an active and engaged team.
Keep clients safe, engaged and active through assisting with meals, dressing, bathing, and residential activities.
