This Relief Resident Support Worker position involves working with a team to provide basic needs and guidance to homeless individuals, fostering a welcoming, positive, respectful, and safe environment. Staff will encourage healthy life skills and choices to help residents transition back into the community and out of shelter systems. This relief role offers the option to work in both men's and women's shelters or exclusively in one.
