About The Position
Property Management company seeking an experienced temporary porter for luxury residential building.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a good history of job dependability and responsibility
- Previous relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and/or apartments with pending move-in dates.
- Ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and clear of debris
- Sweep, mop and vacuum all common areas of the buildings
- Clean glass
- Dust and clean fixtures
- Operate trash chute and maintain
- Take trash to curbside on trash days
- Confirm curbside is clear of all debris after trash pick up
- Follows established procedures set by management
- Assists handyman as instructed
- Other duties as assigned
