About The Position
Perform duties in general plant operations, control room operations, deep well monitoring, and RCRA inspections as needed.
Requirements
- High School education
- Good knowledge of all site operations (qualified in all operating jobs).
- Basic knowledge of site control system.
- Must have knowledge of OSHA and governmental regulations which apply to the handling and treatment of hazardous waste materials.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Function as relief for Control Room Operator, Operator 1, Operator 2, and Shift Supervisors.
- Perform general plant housekeeping functions as required.
- Perform RCRA inspections.
- Perform other assignments as requested.
- Must comply with all safety rules and regulations of the company.
- Boiler operation responsibilities.
- Unload trucks.
- Must be able to participate on emergency response rescue team: Contingency Plan event, Confined space entry rescue.
- CPR, first aid site provider.
