About The Position

The Relief Plant Operator works a rotating shift to operate and maintain the safe and compliant operations of the gas processing plant and related facilities. This role involves monitoring and controlling processing plant equipment and systems from a central control room using Wonderware HMI and eLynx systems. The operator is responsible for daily data entry on computer and mobile devices to record process conditions and production quantities, and maintaining constant communication with fellow employees and management using email, telephone, and two-way radios. Regularly scheduled inspections are performed to detect malfunctions and ensure proper, safe, and compliant operation of the plant and pipeline facilities. The operator must also maintain and adhere to required company training, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and good background in computer applications
• Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely in different types of weather conditions to various locations
