About The Position

The Relief Man supports dairy industry operations by providing flexible assistance across tasks as needed. The role helps maintain continuity and efficiency by covering for absent team members and supporting peak workload periods. The Relief Man must adapt to different job functions, maintain safety standards, and contribute to team productivity in outdoor environments, working independently or with others. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and provides a versatile resource for sustaining smooth operations.

Starting time is subject to call-in (A.M., P.M., Sundays and holidays) and/or posted time. The worker must have a phone, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
• Ability to safely operate relevant machinery or vehicles.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to workplace regulations.
• Must have a phone, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• Equipment operation and physical endurance.
• Communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover shifts or tasks for absent employees to maintain uninterrupted workflow and operational efficiency.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively in accordance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

• Work with team members and supervisors to identify areas needing support and contribute to problem-solving.
