About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Man to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. The role involves working with metals including steel, aluminum, and copper, and reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. The work is critical to ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and structures.

The Metal Man will use welding and metal fabrication expertise to support project success and client satisfaction. The position requires proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and effective collaboration with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in welding.
• Experience with CNC plasma cutting.
• Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• Experience welding stainless steel and other alloys.
• Experience welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
