About The Position
The Relief Houseparent performs duties that support the day-to-day safety and welfare of children in a family-style environment. The role may include purchasing and preparing meals as directed by the Primary Parent, helping maintain the child’s seasonal wardrobe and alerting the Primary Parents to clothing needs, and ensuring the daily schedule is followed to provide adequate rest, physical activity, and social interaction. This is a full-time position on the Warminster children’s campus in TLP (Teens). A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available; restrictions apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to maintain and apply required annual certification.
- Current Pennsylvania driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
