About The Position

The Relief Driver services Refresh vending and micro market accounts by driving company-owned vehicles to customer locations. The role involves stocking and maintaining vending machines and micro markets, delivering products, handling collected money, addressing customer issues, and completing vehicle and equipment care tasks. The driver may also train new drivers and assist installation or service personnel as needed.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and approved driving record.
Ability to operate an electronic device for tracking and ordering.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds continuously and 60 pounds intermittently.
Ability to push or pull a cart weighing up to 260 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and climb frequently.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to drive a vehicle and enter and exit it multiple times during the shift.
Ability to merchandise product and work up to 11 hours.

Responsibilities

Live and model BROWN VALUES in all work.
Fill vending machines, collect stale items, verify merchandise rotation, collect money, refill bill and coin changers, report improper machine operations, and conduct minor repairs.
Drive a company truck to deliver products such as soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries to accounts.
Stock micro markets, collect stale items, verify merchandise rotation, collect money, report improper operations, and conduct minor repairs as required.
Resolve customer issues when necessary.
Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip reports.
Clean and sanitize vending vehicles and equipment routinely.
Report vehicle problems to the appropriate personnel.
Secure keys and vehicles daily.
Submit all money collected to the cash room at the end of the day.
Train new drivers when required.
Assist installation and/or service personnel as needed.
