King-Bruwaert House is a beautiful Senior Living community located on 35-acres in Burr Ridge, Illinois. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our culinary department who are passionate about contributing to our goal of maintaining the exceptional standards of our community. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Relief Cook to work the AM/PM shifts. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Safe Food Handler certification or Manager certificate required
- Ability to maintain/renew certifications as required
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Must project a positive image of KBH through words, actions, and appearance
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in LTC or commercial restaurant kitchen preferred
Responsibilities
- Relieves AM/PM cook on their days off in the Main Kitchen
- Responsible for cooking, prep, and serving meals to our residents following strict dietary standards and maintaining safety and sanitation levels up to company standards
- May assist with catering and working in other areas as needed
