About The Position

We are seeking a Reliability Planning Analyst to support a team of multi-skilled technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, and office environment. You will be responsible for executing maintenance work control processes, improving workforce productivity, and minimizing downtime by planning, scheduling, and coordinating labor, parts, materials, tools, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of facility planning or maintenance planning experience.
• Strong understanding of skilled trades (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, etc.) and full fluency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to walk extensively across facilities, wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hard hats), and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in a CMMS (Maximo, SAP)
• Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive job plans, coordinate resources, and build work schedules for preventive (PM), predictive (PDM), and corrective maintenance.
• Screen, prioritize, and manage work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while tracking backlogs and machine history.
• Identify, source, and kit parts, materials, and specialized tools required for maintenance tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis, track performance metrics (e.g., schedule compliance, MTBF), and optimize PM programs.
• Uphold EHS procedures and ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and site-specific safety regulations (including proper PPE usage).
