About The Position

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Reliability Performance Reports Specialist to join their team. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, creating and presenting reports for SkyWest Maintenance Leadership, and working collaboratively in a team environment. The specialist will be responsible for updating various reports and presentations, maintaining distribution lists, and ensuring timely posting of reports to the FAA SharePoint. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience creating detailed reports
• Clear knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures
• Possesses strong oral and written communications and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Able to work in team environment or independently
• Knowledge of General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
• Experience working with SkyTrack
• Able to take direction
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate and work well with others in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing data
• Gathering and updating the information necessary to create the Reliability Board Meeting presentation
• Updating the Aircraft Engine Reliability Report
• Scheduling and presenting meetings
• Updating all M-38’s, control charts, and monitoring charts
• Posting Reliability Reports to the FAA SharePoint and sending to Reliability Report distribution list
• Maintaining the electronic distribution list for the Reliability Report
• Notifying Manager of Reliability and Supervisor of Reliability of Reliability Reports being posted to FAA SharePoint
• Maintaining files
