About The Position
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Reliability Maintenance Technician Co-op located in Wilson, NC. Requirements
- Currently pursuing Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) or a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Systems Technology or related field.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and be available to work the hours agreed upon with the hiring manager.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of maintenance systems and tools.
- Must work independently with minimal direction.
Nice To Haves
- Possess strong interest in industrial equipment maintenance
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of equipment used supporting Plant Utility Systems and Production process (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography, tangential flow filtration) is preferred.
- Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and executing documentation supporting equipment operation and maintenance
- Demonstrate an understanding of Maintenance System governing Utilities and Production process
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Understand instruments and their use supporting maintenance equipment process
- Implement tools for measuring, tracking, and improving standards compliance.
- Demonstrate communication and collaboration skills across functions.
- Assist in developing maintenance plan for equipment inspection and testing.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting of systems supporting production processes
- Help document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support project managers in coordinating and tracking project activities.
