About The Position

Join our team as a Reliability, Maintainability & Safety (RAMS) Engineer! Requirements

• Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum 4+ years of prior relevant RAMS experience, or a graduate degree and a minimum of 2+ years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8+ years of prior related experience.
• Familiar with applicable military, government, and commercial standards such as MIL-HDBK-217F, Telcordia SR-332, 217Plus™, MIL-HDBK-470, MIL-STD-882, NFPA70, and NAS 411.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical Engineering degrees.
• Previous RAMS, Human Factors Engineering, FRACAS, Logistics Analysis including GEIA-STD-0007, and DoD experience.
• Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, MS Office, SharePoint, Relyence, Catia Cameo, and Ansys Sherlock.
• Strong math skills, particularly probability and statistics.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and maintain eligibility requirements to access U.S. classified information.
• Electrical Engineering Degree or similar.

• Various Safety Analyses
• Other RAMS related activities
• Expanding knowledge and skills as required
• Working in a multidisciplinary engineering development environment
• Managing time and resources to support multiple concurrent programs
• Preparing and presenting technical data for internal and customer reviews
