About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a Full Time, 1st Shift position. If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team! The Reliability Lead will manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues. This role will ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals. The lead will also manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders and interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience

Nice To Haves

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
Other projects or duties as assigned
