Reliability Engineering Specialist
About The Position
Fleetway is seeking a Reliability Engineering Specialist to lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (AR&M) activities, shaping engineering designs and life cycle support products for complex systems and equipment. As a Reliability Engineering Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness and sustainability of naval and marine systems. This position requires advanced knowledge of reliability engineering principles, maintenance program development, and analytical modeling techniques. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies that meet stringent military and commercial standards.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of reliability engineering principles.
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance program development.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical modeling techniques.
- Must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
- Must meet requirements for Canadian Government Security Clearance.
