About The Position

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and training of Equipment Asset Management (EAM) throughout the company's maintenance departments. This role involves ongoing project management and monitoring of EAM analytics and software, working in coordination with site Maintenance planners to develop and execute reliability measures. The engineer will partner with continuous improvement initiatives to provide relevant data, conduct Root Cause Analysis on equipment or system failures, and coordinate with Maintenance Planners to develop and refine predictive and preventive equipment maintenance schedules. The position requires analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve equipment uptime, utilizing reliability-centered maintenance and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess and mitigate potential hazards, and overseeing the lifecycle of assets. The engineer will also partner with maintenance teams, operators, and IT to integrate reliability standards and provide engineering support to major capital projects.
