Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) + years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or engineering within a heavy industrial, mining, manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment
Three (3) years of experience working with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
Three (3) years of experience working with data analysis and Microsoft Excel
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Experience with reliability analysis, predictive (PdM), and preventative maintenance (PM).
Professional reliability credentials such as: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician
Experience with Mining and Industrial Rock Processing Equipment
Experience with rotating equipment (kilns, dryers, conveyors, crushers, screeners)
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Experience with machine data analysis tools/software (eg. SCADA)
Plant automation / PLC experience
Experience with SAP PM module (work orders, PM optimization, reporting)

Responsibilities

Implement effective machine monitoring capability and analyze data to determine improvement opportunities
Develop, implement, and sustain reliability strategies to improve uptime, reduce failures, and extend asset life
Lead or support Preventive / Predictive Maintenance programs and Stockroom optimization efforts
Support development and expansion of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, infrared, oil analysis, etc.)
Identify opportunities to transition from time-based to condition-based maintenance strategies
Build and maintain reliability dashboards and KPIs to track performance and improvement progress
Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on major breakdowns and recurring failures and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Identify and execute reliability improvement projects with measurable impact to OEE and cost
Lead or support continuous improvement projects aligned with plant and corporate goals
