About The Position

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving asset reliability, data integrity, and maintenance effectiveness across CNG and LNG/LCNG fueling stations. This role supports field operations by developing engineering asset hierarchies, organizing technical documentation, and enabling the creation of site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Reliability Engineer works cross-functionally with technicians, supervisors, and engineering teams to ensure accurate asset data, clear documentation, and optimized maintenance practices.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering/Engineering Technology
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals.
Understanding of multi-stage gas compression systems.
Knowledge of CNG and LNG/LCNG fueling operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Proactive and willing to gather information from field personnel.

Nice To Haves

Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance operations.
Familiarity with asset management systems such as D365.
Experience supporting SOP development or technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain engineering asset hierarchies for station equipment.
Ensure accuracy of asset data including configuration, BoM, and functional locations.
Collect, review, and upload site-specific documentation including as-builts and OEM manuals.
Support SOP development by extracting technical data from manuals and drawings.
Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and OEM documentation.
Collaborate with field technicians and supervisors to validate asset data and gather missing information.
