  • Ability to climb modern wind turbines without a lift or climb assist.
  • Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations, signal processing, and vibration data analysis using industry vibration software.
  • Familiarity with programming in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar, and ability to apply it to improve fleet performance and reliability.
  • Knowledge of SCADA data and database and historian principles, including experience with Structured Query Language.
  • Ability to turn detailed vibration assessments into clear, actionable maintenance actions for operations teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering and construction plans, specifications, drawings, and documents, including one-line, three-line, and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to assess emergency situations and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Ability to work around energized equipment while following lock-out, tag-out, and other safety procedures.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, sit, walk, kneel, twist, reach, and climb at project locations to inspect equipment or collect information.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Strong technical capabilities and a creative, curious, self-driven work ethic.
