The Reliability Analyst is responsible for the compilation of data and timely issuance of various reliability reports to company personnel and the FAA. This role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing fleet-wide performance and component reliability data to identify adverse trends, repetitive discrepancies, and systemic failure modes across aircraft systems. The analyst will conduct monthly evaluations of Pilot Reports (PIREPs) and Maintenance Reports (MREPs) to detect emerging patterns, perform Final Fix Analysis (FFA) on recurring aircraft system faults using root-cause methodology, and develop/maintain CASS and Reliability program reports. Additionally, the analyst will generate the Mechanical Interruption Summary Report (MISR) for submission to the FAA, translate raw aircraft data into executive-ready findings, and collaborate with various departments and OEM representatives to resolve reliability issues. The position also involves championing modern analytical platforms, maintaining program documentation, and regular attendance as an essential function.
