About The Position

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the servant leader and Agile coach who will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes for 6+ Feature Teams, supporting teams to constantly deliver value. This role will also manage a small team of Scrum Masters. The RTE will lead innovative digital solutions to production. This role will collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, project managers, and business leaders in setting the agile roadmap, driving new innovations, and leading the Agile team to deliver technical capabilities in partnership with the Agile team and other teams within Antech.

Requirements

B.S. or higher with 7+ years working in software technology.
5+ years working on Enterprise-level applications
5+ years working in project management and/or Scrum Master on projects with a strong emphasis on Agile
Experience and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Proven track record of delivering products in a predictable and timely manner
Experience working with multiple teams and ARTs in parallel
Ability to understand technical requirements

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level Agile initiatives using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)
Facilitate and align multiple large development programs which includes internal teams and vendors
Ensure proactive communications to leadership and functions within and outside of IT
Create metrics and dashboards utilizing Azure DevOps to provide insights into the Program Increment (PI) and Sprint level
Coach leaders, functions, and teams in ideal Agile practices and mindset
Drive the constant goal of continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
Manage risks and dependencies within the projects and programs
