About The Position

Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning. Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles. Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy. Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines. Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 8 years as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role in an enterprise technology environment.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Agile programs in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with software engineers, DevOps teams, and enterprise architects.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional communication
