About The Position

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a full-time Release Train Engineer in Washington, DC. The RTE serves as the operational and cultural leader of a multiteam Agile release train comprising two development teams, two infrastructure teams, and one operations/support and governance team. The role extends beyond facilitating SAFe ceremonies to driving delivery excellence, contract KPI attainment, operational rigor, and process maturity. As a consultant-leader, the RTE develops and enforces SOPs, champions continuous improvement, and coaches business analysts, team leads, and client stakeholders on planning, prioritization, value delivery, and customer engagement. The RTE helps ensure teams produce well-defined requirements, prototypes and design outputs, professional documentation, and client-ready demonstrations while maintaining a predictable delivery cadence and healthy team culture. The RTE aligns technical, operational, and business stakeholders; mitigates risks; manages cross-team dependencies; and monitors workload, capacity, and quality expectations. The position requires proactive communication, clear escalation management, relationship building, and the ability to influence without authority. The RTE owns the rhythm, transparency, and overall performance of the release train.
