About The Position

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) serves as the operational and cultural leader of a multi-team Agile release train comprising two development teams, two infrastructure teams, and one operations/support and governance team. The RTE owns the release train’s rhythm, transparency, and overall performance, driving delivery excellence, contract KPI attainment, operational rigor, and process maturity across teams. Working as a consultant-leader, the RTE establishes and enforces standard operating procedures, champions continuous improvement, and coaches business analysts, team leads, and client stakeholders on planning, prioritization, value delivery, and customer engagement.
