About The Position

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) – MID will support future Defense & Intelligence Programs in Tampa, FL. This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART). This role involves coordinating ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration. The RTE will also track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams.

Requirements

• Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, Agile facilitation, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Scrum Master and SAFe certifications required.
• Onsite 5 days
• Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes.
• Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively.
