About The Position

The ROI Specialist is an entry level position that will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all release of information requests. The ROI Specialist will process all requests for medical information and provide superior customer service. This position will support the ROI Coordinator and ROI Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented and able to work independently and with limited supervision
• Continuous ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks assigned
• Knowledge of HIPAA and State regulations

Nice To Haves

• Prior Release of Information experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all release of information requests.
• Processing all requests for medical information.
• Providing superior customer service.
• Supporting the ROI Coordinator and ROI Manager.
