About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Release Manager to join their team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, enjoys being the central coordinator who keeps all the pieces moving, and takes pride in successful production deployments. You will be comfortable working with engineers on technical details and with executives providing high-level status updates. The role requires a track record of implementing process improvements and building strong relationships across organizational boundaries. Success in this role means all releases across CDP (Common Data Platform) teams are coordinated through a single, consistent process, leading to a reduction in deployment conflicts and release-related incidents. Stakeholders will have clear visibility into upcoming releases and potential impacts, change management documentation and approvals will be timely and complete, and release metrics will show continuous improvement in deployment success rates. Development teams will view the release process as an enabler rather than a bottleneck.
