About The Position

Affinity FCU is seeking a Relationship Specialist to join their team at their branch location in Bedminster, NJ. This role is responsible for building member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach, helping members achieve their financial goals. Key duties include opening new accounts, enrolling new members, processing applications, resolving complex member issues, and following up with members to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, adaptable to new environments, and committed to the community and Affinity's corporate objectives.

Requirements

Technologically savvy, especially as it relates to self-service options.
Keeps abreast of evolving consumer needs and trends.
Adapts well to new or non-traditional environments.
Displays a commitment to the community, to increasing member engagement and to Affinity’s corporate objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales/customer service experience is essential.
Saturday availability is required.

Nice To Haves

Banking experience is preferred.
Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce is desired.
