About The Position
As a Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial services, including loan applications, account transactions, and information regarding new products and services. The company provides a dedicated team of trainers to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.
Requirements
- Accurately counted large quantities of cash
- Balanced a cash drawer
- Used a computer to enter customer information
- Followed customer instructions
- Explained features & benefits of products & services
- Must have a valid Illinois issued Real ID Driver's License or Passport
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with Loan applications
- Assist customers with Account Transactions
- Assist customers with New products & services
