Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is required)
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.
- Ability to see and hear, write and speak English and Spanish.
- Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Processing cash transactions
- Opening deposit, savings and credit card accounts
- Discussing loan and retirement products
- Building meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.
