About The Position

The successful candidate will have two to five years of experience in a consultative sales and service position, preferably in a financial services capacity. This position requires the ability to uncover and identify member needs and propose effective financial solutions to fill the needs of the member while promoting the credit union’s values and goals. This position includes opening member accounts based on the analysis of member needs as well as offering loan solutions and educating members on bettering their financial positions and reaching their financial goals. This position acts as a liaison for members to resolve potential problems. This position requires an emphasis on privacy, accuracy, trust, and building relationships that further serve the needs of members and the credit union.

Requirements

Two to five years of experience in sales or relationship management
Ability to uncover and identify member needs
Ability to propose effective financial solutions
Ability to promote the credit union’s values and goals
Emphasis on privacy, accuracy, trust, and building relationships
Articulate, with immaculate verbal and writing skills
Ability to effectively communicate
