The Relationship Specialist I is responsible for providing exceptional member experiences during all interactions, both in-person and over the phone. This role involves identifying member cues, asking open-ended discovery questions, and fostering consumer and business relationships by understanding member needs and effectively presenting VyStar financial solutions. The specialist must be able to articulate VyStar Credit Union's value proposition compared to competitors and emphasize the importance of educating and proactively assisting members with their financial objectives.
