Monark is seeking a Relationship Manager to be the trusted operator behind the company's most important external relationships. This role owns the success of distribution clients end to end, ensuring they have the resources needed to launch, scale, and drive deal volume through Monark’s infrastructure. The position operates at the intersection of partnerships, deal execution, and product, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for distribution clients, the connective tissue between client and internal teams, and is accountable for converting relationships into recurring deal flow. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with supply brokers and the deal execution team to match supply with client demand and will provide client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
