The Relationship Manager (RM) is the primary point of contact for Customers Bank's institutional digital asset clients, ensuring they maximize the value derived from the bank's infrastructure, products, and service model. This role is crucial for deposit retention, client satisfaction, and the long-term growth of the digital asset vertical. The RM is responsible for owning the client lifecycle post-onboarding, including account management, relationship deepening, issue resolution, and renewal/retention. They will guide clients through the cubiX platform onboarding, API integrations, and connections with counterparties. The role involves proactively monitoring client activity, conducting regular business reviews, and acting as an internal advocate for clients by coordinating with various internal departments. Additionally, the RM will support Business Development Officers in client transitions and maintain accurate CRM records and client-facing materials.
