As a Relationship Manager, Platforms, you will own the end-to-end relationship lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic platform partners. These include ISVs, Merchant of Records (MoR) providers, Marketplaces, Aggregators, Orchestration Platforms and other embedded payment models. You will work closely with Sales from the early stages of the relationship (first transaction, or in some cases earlier) to ensure a seamless transition from commercial close to ongoing relationship management. From that point forward, you are responsible for driving relationship continuity, strategic alignment, sub-merchant activation, and sustainable growth. Your core objective is to ensure platform partners realise consistent and scalable value from their partnership with Paysafe, while enabling growth across their merchant ecosystem through activation, retention, and expansion. In this role, you will be the primary commercial contact for platform partners, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong service outcomes. You will proactively monitor performance and service health, identify risks, manage escalations, and help partners successfully navigate Paysafe products and processors across their sub-merchant base. Success in this role requires strong ownership, structured communication, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments while balancing commercial growth with a strong service mindset.
